I’m feeling a bit nostalgic this holiday season.

This current season of my life no longer includes many of the people, places and experiences that once upon a time made this time of year feel so special to me.

With my “Adventures of Letting Go” mentality I’m giving myself permission to feel the melancholy around missing what once was… and then shift my focus back to the present and what’s to come.

There’s a lot to love about this new season…

I’m a single, empty nester who has built a career I adore that allows me to work from wherever I like, keep a schedule well suited to my desire for freedom from a 9 to 5 office job, and coach interesting, talented, creative people from all around the world.

Many of my clients are also stepping into a new season of life.

Entering retirement
Balancing the care of grown children and aging parents

Embracing a new season of life is not something that just happens.
